Delete your Calibre Companion AI account

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.

Send your request to sam.cohen94@gmail.com from the Google email address you use for AI. Say that you want your Calibre Companion AI account and associated data deleted. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or your books. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion by email. The request covers your Firebase AI sign-in account and associated account data. We retain only records still needed for transaction accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, and explain any applicable retention when handling your request.

Subscriptions and credits

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel Google Play billing. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play to stop future renewals. You can request help with cancellation in the same email. Account deletion is not a refund request. Unused AI credits will no longer be accessible after deletion.

Your local library

Your books and saved chats are on your device. Account deletion does not remove files from your device, calibre, cloud providers, backups, or other reading apps. Use the app's local deletion controls or Android storage controls to remove those copies.
